Loominology customers may exercise their right of withdrawal and request a full refund by returning the products purchased from loominology.com within fourteen (14) days from the invoice date.
Personalized/custom-made products are excluded from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Loominology cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages/products.
Loominology covers return shipping costs only when shipments are made through its contracted shipping partners. Loominology is not responsible for returns sent via non-contracted carriers.
Returns will be processed by Loominology as quickly as possible. Please allow 7–10 business days after the product has been delivered to Loominology for your refund to be completed.
Once the product is received and inspected, Loominology will contact you via phone and/or email to confirm receipt. If there are any issues or questions regarding the condition of the returned product, you will be informed accordingly.
Products that do not comply with the Return & Exchange Policy (see Section 1) will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer’s address.
Please do not write on or attach labels directly to the rugs.
Returns made after the fourteen (14) day period will not be accepted unless prior approval has been obtained from Loominology management. Loominology will make reasonable efforts to accommodate customers in special circumstances (such as gift items), but reserves the right to refuse returns after the 14-day period.
If you receive an incorrect product due to an error by Loominology, please contact us via phone or email. We will arrange for the product to be collected from your address and will ship the correct item once the incorrect product has been returned.
In such cases, the customer will not be charged any shipping fees.
If you believe you have received a defective product, please contact Loominology immediately with proof of the defect (photos, videos, etc.). We will initiate the return process as soon as possible.
Once the defective product is received, a replacement product will be sent to you.
If the product is returned for a refund instead, the standard return policy (Section 1) will apply.
Regardless of the reason for return, the customer must inform Loominology before sending the product back.
Products that are not returned within fourteen (14) days may only be repaired or replaced; refunds will not be issued.
Shipping costs for repaired or replacement products will be covered by Loominology.
